Evidence, ordered by
what it is worth.
A written audit covering crawl, index, structure, performance and content architecture, with findings ordered by impact and effort rather than by the tool that found them.
Most SEO audits are a tool export with a logo on the front: hundreds of findings, alphabetised, undifferentiated, with a broken link on a forgotten page weighted the same as a directive excluding a third of the site. They are technically accurate and practically useless, because they do not tell you what to do first.
This one is ordered by expected impact against implementation effort, with the evidence attached to each finding — the URL, what was observed, why it matters. That ordering is the work. Anyone can run a crawler; deciding which twelve of two hundred findings actually move anything requires understanding the site.
It covers the technical layer (crawl, render, index, canonicals, redirects, status codes), the structural layer (internal linking, information architecture, orphaned pages), performance measured on real page loads, and content architecture — including whether pages are competing with each other for the same query, which is more common than most sites realise.
It is deliberately a standalone deliverable. You can hand it to your own developers, to another agency, or back to us, and it will be equally actionable. An audit that only makes sense if you also buy the implementation is a sales document.
