Raw footage in.
Variants out.
Creator and AI footage cut into the hooks, lengths and aspect ratios each placement needs, with captions, licensed audio and safe zones handled.
Raw UGC is rarely an advert yet. The first two seconds decide whether anyone watches the next ten, and most footage opens with a creator settling into the frame. Editing is where a usable clip becomes a working one: the hook moved to the front, the dead air removed, the pacing tightened to the rhythm the platform rewards.
Captions are not optional. A large share of short-form video is watched with the sound off, so on-screen text carries the argument, and it has to sit inside each platform's safe zone — clear of the buttons, the caption overlay and the profile name that cover the bottom and right of the frame. Text that works on TikTok can be hidden on Reels.
Audio needs its own care. Trending sounds available to personal accounts are often not licensed for commercial use, and an advert built on one can be muted or rejected. We use licensed or commercial-library music and keep a record of what was used where.
The output is modular. Each video is cut into interchangeable hooks, bodies and calls to action, then exported in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1, so a single shoot produces a matrix of variants rather than one finished clip. Files are named and tagged consistently, so performance data can be traced back to the exact hook and creator that earned it.
