Real people,
briefed properly.

Creators matched to your audience, briefed with a defined angle, contracted with explicit usage rights, and reviewed against the brief before anything is paid.

The value of creator content is that a real person is genuinely using the product, in a real room, in the way people actually talk. That is something no studio set and no AI model reproduces, and it is the reason to pay for it. It is also easy to waste: the wrong creator for the audience, a vague brief, or footage that arrives with no right to run it as an advert.

Sourcing starts from the audience rather than follower counts. A creator for UGC is hired to make content for your channels, not to post to theirs, so what matters is whether they look and sound like your customer, whether they can deliver to a brief, and whether their past work is on camera and well lit. We check that before shortlisting, and you approve the shortlist.

The brief does most of the work. It defines the angle, the opening hook, the points the video must make, the things it must not claim, and the shots we need for editing — including the B-roll that makes variants possible later. A creator with a clear brief delivers usable footage on the first attempt; one without a brief delivers something charming that cannot be cut into an advert.

Rights are agreed before filming. The contract states whether the footage can run in paid ads, on which platforms, in which territories and for how long, and whether the creator will authorise their handle for Spark Ads or partnership ads. That is written down per asset, so nobody discovers an expired licence after the advert has been scaled.

Frequently asked questions

Are these influencers?
Not in the usual sense. An influencer is paid for access to their audience; a UGC creator is paid to make content for yours. Some creators do both, and if posting to their audience is valuable to you it can be added to the contract, but it is priced and agreed separately.
What if a video is not usable?
The brief is what makes that rare, and the contract includes a revision round against it. Footage is reviewed against the brief before the creator is paid, so the question is whether it does what was agreed, not whether anyone likes it.
Can creators claim results they have not had?
No. A creator talks about their own experience with the product, and the brief lists the claims that cannot be made — health claims, performance figures, comparisons you cannot substantiate. Advertising content is also labelled as advertising, which is a legal requirement rather than a preference.
